John Weller is the Co-Founder & the Chief Innovation Officer of FloorForce, the largest website and digital marketing company in the Flooring industry.

Before FloorForce, John spent 20 years in the flooring industry. His experience ranges from being a territory sales representative to regional sales manager to successfully launching a hardwood distribution company, to co-founding an industry specific website and digital marketing company. A defining moment in his career was the day in 1994 when his boss handed him a beeper. He soon realized that technology allowed him to meet his customers needs at a moments notice. From that day forward, he has combined his thorough knowledge of the flooring industry with his understanding of technology to rise through the corporate ranks. John now has the privilege to work with over 2000 flooring dealers to grow their businesses.
