Eliot is the founder of Wagonheim Law, a business and construction law firm based in Baltimore. Eliot serves as general counsel to commercial construction companies of virtually every size and trade, from five-person organizations to some of the most successful and well-recognized companies in the country.

Eliot is a current and multi-year Maryland Super Lawyer and is recognized as one of the nation’s elite attorneys through the peer-review award of an AV-rating (excellent to pre-eminent).

During the course of his career, he has drafted and negotiated construction contracts ranging from small five-figure undertakings to agreements for hundreds of millions of dollars.

Today, in addition to running his practice, Eliot conducts workshops and presentations across the country, teaching contractors and business owners the secrets that he has spent three decades perfecting about deciphering legalese, avoiding company-killing risks, and negotiating better contracts in a way that actually builds relationships.
